As Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a vital role in driving Grale’s digital growth and creating high-performing campaigns to fuel both our e-commerce efforts. This role combines strategic performance marketing, content creation, and channel management to achieve impactful results. You will manage paid advertising, lead campaign production, and assist with developing engaging content across platforms while building CRM strategies to nurture relationships and drive customer retention.

Key Objectives
Performance Marketing:
- Drive D2C traffic and conversions through advertising on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook (Meta Business), Google, and YouTube.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and scalability.
- Driving digital growth and creating high-performing campaigns to fuel both our D2C and B2B efforts.
Content Creation and Channel Management:
- Assist with the creation and scheduling of compelling content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand tone and sustainability messaging.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce performance-driven assets, including visuals, videos, and ad creatives.
- Manage and oversee channel performance, maintaining consistency and engagement across platforms.
Campaign Management:
- Own and manage all performance marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution across platforms.
- Conduct A/B testing and iterate on campaigns to refine targeting and creative strategies.
- Develop campaign-specific landing pages optimized for conversions.
CRM & Customer Retention:

Primary Focus:
- Design and implement customer nurturing and churn prevention strategies.
- Build loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value.

Secondary Focus:
- Develop referral programs to encourage organic growth.
- Support lead nurturing and pipeline development for B2B prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically implement and manage ad campaigns across all platforms to achieve traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce content for paid ads, organic social, and email campaigns.
- Conceptualize and create engaging content tailored for performance campaigns, including copywriting, video scripting, and visual storytelling.
- Monitor and maintain conversion tracking to measure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with the sales team to align performance marketing with B2B lead generation efforts.
- Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in managing social media channels, ensuring consistent posting schedules, and engaging with followers.
Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, we believe you have:
- At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with a successful track record in both D2C and B2B campaigns.
- Expertise in running paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Meta Business (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Proven experience in creating and managing engaging content that drives performance, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Experience with UX analytics tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, Mouseflow) to understand and improve user behavior.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with CRM tools to design loyalty and referral programs, as well as support lead nurturing.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO, and campaign-specific landing pages.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish (written and spoken).
