Marketing and Social Media Manager
Are you a creative marketer who takes full ownership from concept to delivery? Do you want to lead marketing that builds a strong brand, drives real engagement, and accelerates growth - while helping shape a sustainable future?
As a Marketing and Social Media Manager at Grale, you will be at the forefront of building our brand and leading impactful marketing and communication initiatives. You will own the full spectrum of marketing - from shaping brand identity and storytelling to creating and optimizing content across social channels and running high-impact digital campaigns. You’ll drive performance marketing, engagement, and use data-driven insights to continuously refine our approach. You will combine strategy with execution, using the latest AI-tools to ensure our message reaches the right audience.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
- Create, publish, and optimize compelling content tailored for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
- Leverage new tools, tech and AI to streamline content production, campaign execution and insight generation.
- Track performance, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to maximize impact.
- Shape and manage Grale’s brand identity, tone of voice and storytelling across all channels and touchpoints.
- Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive earned media and elevate Grale’s public presence through storytelling, media outreach, and thought leadership.
- Keep up with trends in sustainability, consumer behavior and branding to stay relevant.
- Collaborate across teams and with creative partners to bring the brand to life in new and engaging ways.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, branding or communication. Ideally with a background in B2C as well as B2B.
- A strong strategic mindset with a hands-on, creative approach to marketing.
- Excellent storytelling, content creation and copywriting abilities, with a deep understanding of brand development, tone of voice and visual identity.
- Data-driven with experience of tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
- Tech-savvy and confident in exploring new tools, platforms and AI solutions.
- Deep knowledge of how to tailor content and engagement strategies for different social platforms, maximizing reach and interaction.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
