Commercial Lead / GTM Sales Manager

Commercial Lead
As Commercial Lead, you will be at the heart of Grale’s commercial growth. You will take sales from founder-led execution to a structured, scalable function, owning both the strategy and the hands-on execution. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where you will sell, build, learn, iterate and scale.
You will:
Own the entire sales cycle - from initial outreach and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and successful onboarding.
Take over and further develop founder-led sales, turning early traction into a repeatable and scalable commercial engine.
Further develop and execute Grale’s go-to-market strategy, including ICP definition, segmentation, messaging and outreach.
Build structure - processes, playbooks, pipeline management, forecasting and CRM best practices.
Actively prospect and engage new customers across relevant segments (brands, retail, FMCG, HoReCa, facility management, distributors, events).
Execute the commercial strategy, drive daily sales activity through outreach, customer meetings, and active pipeline management.
Work closely with founders and internal teams to continuously refine pricing, offerings and sales narratives based on real customer insights.
Track and analyze sales performance and pipeline development in CRM-system.
Lay the foundation for future growth - by proving the model, with the long-term opportunity to scale the commercial function over time.
Grale’s products hold strong potential for long-term customer relationships. In this role, you will go beyond selling a single physical product and help define how we create long-term value, impact and brand alignment for our customers.
Through a value-driven sales approach, you will position Grale as a strategic, high-value commercial partner, using sustainability as a core value driver - not just a feature.
What you bring:
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within physical products (FMCG) or value-based sales.
Proven experience owning deals end-to-end and consistently closing business.
Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure from scratch.
Experience from a startup or scale-up environment is a strong plus - especially if you’ve helped take sales from founder-led execution to scalable go-to-market.
A strong network within wholesale, retail, facility management or HoReCa is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English.
